When we got there we had to change plans because the trailer wasn't even tall enough to put our stuff in we got a 20 ft truck instead. The guy took forever to get us checked out did not get the text message to take pictures of the truck. Guy told us as long as we had the insurance on it I didn't need to do the pictures. Told the guy we were probably be back the same day got there at 3:00 the open sign was on my husband went inside nobody was in the office there was a phone number to text we text that no one ever showed up. So we had to leave the keys in the Box and call U-Haul and let them know we had dropped the truck off. That place is totally messed up will never go back there.

Dash had Lougee’s spit on it not clean !
MICHAEL JThe operator wasn't in the park during business hours. A paper was on the desk saying "Out in the park, text Randy at (number) for assistance." I texted the number and got no response. Called it, too. Straight to voicemail. I waited 45 minutes before calling the regional manager, and the manager had to call a different number to get in touch with Randy. This location was closed at 1 PM, and Randy only arrived after getting the call from the regional manager after hours. The trailer was damaged, and I was not advised to take a picture before leaving the lot. I only received the text 2 hours later, when I was already on the road. Avoid this location, unless you like waiting for the staff to come to work from their nap.
