The clerk in the office provided the wrong key for my reservation. I went through the entire inspection, process and then realized that the mileage was way off. Then had to wait again for a new vehicle. It was a long line of issues with UHaul for issues with the SR84 & I95 site not having my vehicle so I was happy to actually get a vehicle even though it was a hour later after all of this. Christopher working the line outside was a light in all of this struggle of a day. He was so helpful and friendly.

Calling in to make reservation and pick up, customer service was excellent! Return had hiccups, details were limited especially with me being a first time customer. Then, explanations were limited. My recommendations : upon return it would be nice for the agent receiving the truck to collect keys then give the customer the directives on what to do next. Overall through, it was a pleasure to do business with you ??

I rented a trailer 6x12 enclosed, waited for the woman behind the desk to acknowledge me for ten minutes, Before I could pay her for it. After I loaded it I noticed a flat tire( back tire on driver's side if I do remember). After I had that fixed at pepboys on the road, I stopped at a gas station, I was told by a passing dude that I had a brake light out. Upon my inspection I realized that I had only one taillight. I played with my connector, and cleaned all the terminals on trailer light harness.). I had 1 taillight, and no way to rush back and drop off trailer before my 24 hours were up. After a bit of haggling, the manager came and comped my second days rental fee..... I had to let him know that I didn't mind paying for 2 days if I could have used it 2 days. Plenty of work to do and your trailer is bigger than mine. But I didn't feel right driving somebody else's trailer in Miami rush hour traffic, with one taillight and a low tire.

Move all of those boxes out of the middle of the flow to the side so we're no where customer service is it is too many boxes in the middle of the floor



Give customer Quick training to use the truck and know how to talk to customer the right way. Don't try to rid customer off .

The staff there are very unprofessional. On their cell phones, talking, the phones were ringing and they just let them ring. When I got to the truck, someone was just getting out of the truck, which means they didn't inspect the truck. I drove the truck to the furniture store and loaded my furniture, when I got to the place to unload roaches were everywhere coming from every corner. There was also cooking oil or car oil in the back Of the truck. I called the customer service number to see if I can change the truck and we couldn't get in contact with the Broward Blvd location, the customer service rep said the phone was just ringing. I was able to get a different truck which made my move successful.



I had a little problem and it was taken care of right away. Could not do any better.

Did not connect lights. Trailer was covered in yellow paint. Blown tire - no tread! 3.5 hours alongside I95 in sweltering heat - dangerous traffic - I could have received a ticket for UHauls negligence.



Everyone there was very kind showed me everything I needed to know and the exact price they quoted me is what I paid so all-in-all it was great I use you guys all the time and I always use you guys

The inside was not cleaned, ropes from previous customer still attached. Different sized tires (according to the receiving agent this should not have been given to a client because it is a hazard). Additionally, one tire was inflated in excess of 60 psi while the other was at 52 psi. Tires clearly reads that the maximum inflation is 44 psi. My believe is that when the last client returned it, no one at the pick up facility took the time to inspect the trailer for the basics. When it comes to this facility customer safety is not a concern... Very disappointing and sad. For your safety, do your own inspection before you take on the road.

I made a reservation for pick up at 11am, vehicle wasn't at location until 1pm. This delay caused me added expenses and when I requested to have the $50 guarantee fee given back to me (they had a sign that stated if they do not have the vehicle there at reservation time you get $50), I was told no by a very rude employee. I will never rent at this location or recommend this location to any family or friends.
