I and 2 other customers waited for at least 10 minutes for an employee to come to the counter and help us. The only person anywhere around was a guy outside cleaning a truck. He called for someone twice to come up front & help us. When she finally showed up, she offered no apology. After that things went quickly. The truck was pretty clean inside but the ramp was covered with loose dirt.

I need to explain....my first two conversations with U Haul were so frustrating I wanted to give them a 0 or1. I called back to cancel and happened to talk to Kate. What great customer service!!! Thank you so much, the owner should give her a bonus. I would give her a 6. The average of 6 for Kate and 0 for the store is 3 hence the rating. Actually, on my return Jon was very good also....

to have a complaint, when I went to leave the van, a woman was very rude with me and was not anything friendly, this happened Saturday 14 at 2.30 pm, I hope you will teach this lady better customer service

The first cargo van had a faulty air pressure stem. I was given a new van, which was by far the best U-Haul rental I have ever driven. Overall, satisfied with my experience.

The railings on the inside of the trailer were loose preventing me from making tie down to secure the load in the manner most desirable.

We were greeted by representative that was just mean and angry, and then told us she was like that because she was so sick. My comment to her was maybe you should be at work if your meeting with the customers. She then stormed out and told her manager to help us. He didn't apologize for her behavior and just finished up the transaction. What a welcoming start to our new Colorado adventure! Thanks Sherry and Dave and I do NOT sincerely mean that. It was not a good experience. We are paying customers, over $900 in fact, and would appreciated at least customer service and kindness.

Same issue on drop off. I couldn't get the app to work. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes and finally the person at the counter checked me out. Again, frustrating.

Enrique was very helpful as was most of the crew. Relieved that this location wasn’t as crowded as it had been in the past - online reservations seem to be working well. Drop off took longer than expected but once I was acknowledged as a return - service was quick.

Work on staffing - check-in and renting a truck took almost 45 minutes on a Wednesday at noon. That seems a bit unreasonable.

The wait for check-out was 40 minutes. There wasn't enough staff to handle all of the customers in a timely fashion. They were polite though!

I had a 9am pick up which I had to push back to 11 am...i called and did this and was told all was good... Not so. Friday the day of pick up I was running a bit late (20 min after 11am) and was told I could not get the truck till 4pm.... I had free help to load, and unload from 11 am to 5:30 pm which with the amount of help I had lined up would have been enough time... As it turned out I was stuck and took much longer I had to pay to get help moving (I am disabled and on a very limited budget) I had to keep the truck longer due to lack of help the move that should have been the cost of the truck and gas ended up costing me $400 more (in addition to the 200 for truck and gas) all because my truck was not available when promised. Have not been offered any compensation... My disability is only 850 a month... Will never trust u haul again

I had a Self-Service Check out at 7:00 AM. This however was not set up with the location. I showed up at 6:55 AM and was unable to pick up the truck I returned at 9:00 AM when the location opened, waited for an hour in line and then was told that I needed to call the GM for any rate reduction rather than having good customer service and them helping out with that. I have made the phone call and still have yet to receive any feedback. I am extremely disappointed with this location and the customer service provided. I will inform others when asked, to avoid this location. Extremely disappointed with the process at this time.

When I got to my destination, discovered the inside of the trailer was full of dried mud. While I checked recommending this location, would caution that equipment rental products be clean or cleaned before next rental.
