The customer service was terrible. I was mislead and when I disputed the information they told me that there was nothing they could do and that they do not do refunds for disputed parts of the bill. I was very dissatisfied and felt that the staff just didn't care about my dispute. In the end I would give the customer service an "F".David H.

The AC didn't work in the uhaul I rented for 24 hours. I spent two days in almost 100 degree weather sweating in this U-Haul. I expect a uhaul truck to have working AC. Not a good experience. I now question the quality of U-Haul vehicles.Eric D.

They asked me where the chain was for the car transport. This is when I found out that the car transport wasn't safe and reliable across the country, either. This has been a very hard trip! Lastly, I was asked to pay $20 for unloading the car transport but I was never quoted this in my phone reservation on June 4. The manager waived it. I feel thankful that I drove 18,000 miles without my Mom's SUV falling off the back of the truck due to unprofessional and unsafe installation at two different locations.Buday F.
First, when we placed our order for a trailer, we specifically asked for the SafeTow insurance. When the employee (short man with red hair) was doing our checkin, he asked "Do you want to keep the insurance?". I said yes. My husband was behind me and he heard me. When the amount came up on the credit card screen, it was too low so I asked him if it included the insurance. He said no - you didn't want the insurance. I said yes I did, which my husband confirmed. He said "Well I heard no". I told him we wanted the insurance and he said he didn't know if that was even possible. Luckily the other employee (taller with a beard) was not an idiot and was able to add the insurance. Then when the original guy was hooking up the trailer, my husband asked whether the trailer was light enough to move around by hand - he told us that the SafeTow would be invalid if we unhooked the trailer. I chatted with your online rep and he said that that was not true. In summary, luckily I noticed we hadn't been charged, or we could have been liable. And by the way, your employee is not good for business if he's asking people who asked for insurance if they still want it.James C.
I was supposed to drop off the uhaul at a location (Goo Rooz) in Windsor. I went there the business had hours that was opened until 6pm I was there at around 5:05 and no was there and the number for the business was not helpful. I waited for 45mins and was dropping the uhaul off a day early. If I showed up on the correct day the business would have been closed or by appointment only which by the way no help. So I tried the uhaul number which was also no help. I had to drive to a drop off place which thank goodness was open by this time I was over the miles and they charge me and also a sliver under on the gas which I would not have been if the original place would have been open like it stated. I'm not happy about this at all very inconvenient!! Especially after moving and driving all day!TANIA F.

Uhaul is complete TRASH. We reserved an26' truck two weeks in advance to move our entire family and we went to pick it up and YOU JUST DID NOT HAVE ONE FOR US??? we didn't even get a courtesy call to tell us you couldn't fill our reservation, even though we booked two weeks in advance. Do not be blatantly rude, dont have a 30 minute hold for phone with multiple employees just standing around store, dont threaten to end my reservation after im 20 minutes late in bad weather without any way to call back after i have checked in online, dont stand in the blind spot of the trailer when im backing it up to drop it off.Matt I.
I made a reservation for my equipment a month in advance. When we arrived, the service was awful. We were barely acknowledged and then after giving the employee my reservation number he sat staring at his computer for two minutes not saying a single word. We thought he had lost our reservation or something at this point. He then tells us the 2 utility dollies I had reserved were not available. After a lot of questions he told us we could have an appliance dolly ( because that's all that was available). We then walk outside to see a truck that was significantly smaller (15') than what I had reserved (20'). Another employee tells us they do not have any of the kind I reserved so I was bumped down (with no notice). He told us there was nothing he could do and that it wasn't his fault, it was corporate's. When I asked him if there was any 20' trucks available anywhere else he told me no because it was such a busy weekend so they were all reserved. This made absolutely ZERO sense to me since I had a reservation for a MONTH and it meant not shit. I do not understand why other people deserve for their reservation to be honored but not ours. He told us there was nothing he could do to help us and to blame corporate. This was the day we were moving and caused us to have to make multiple more trips in the pouring rain. I do not understand why this company would hire such absolutely incompetent people and allow them to be so careless and disrespectful towards customers. This made me never ever want to use this company again.Scott C.
Speed up the check in process. Whenever I've gone in there has always been a line . . .and it seems like all the info that I entered on line to hopefully speed up the process when it was my turn with the customer service rep had to be re-entered. Not sure why.RONALD W.
Anthony charged us full price instead of 20.00 for an extra day. We were promised a military discount which we never received. The girls who, hooked up our trailer never gave us the furniture pads/blankets we were charged for and never received. We were able to straighten this out over the phone with CSR. .Charles E.
