Very upset that I had to drive from Greeley to Ft. Collins to get a uhaul when there are 4 locations in Greeley. That used my gas to get to and from in my own car, gas and mileage from the uhaul, and ate up an hour and a half of my day. When I got to the uhaul store in Ft. Collins there were 7 people standing around doing nothing.. you would think they would have been able to drive it to Greeley or the very least given me a discount.

The truck was mostly cleaned and it operated fine and did the job, but then it took three people and an exorbitant amount of time for me to check it back in simply because I wanted to pay with cash and not the credit card on file. Plus I had bought a few supplies and could not return any of them that were unused because they was supposedly on a separate receipt that I did not have, nor remember getting. So an overall better system and more training would be appreciated before I rent again.

We didn't really expect it to be clean, since it was a trailer - but it since the question asks if it was clean - no, it was dusty/dirty. We covered the floor with sheets to protect our furniture from the dirt. Had it been a busy moving weekend, we'd forgo clean for prompt turn-around, but this did not appear to be the case. We returned the trailer after-hours, within the initial rental period (as instructed we could do), but were over-billed for an extra day, and it took multiple contacts and more than a few days to get a refund...which was not correct...but we have better things to do than bicker over a few more dollars. The charges should have been done right the first time, and certainly corrected right the first time.

They got my order incorrect. When I returned it had to be redone after they told me I wasn’t scheduled to return it to their location despite it being local move. Returned an unopened pack of blankets. No refund. Will use different U-Haul partner in future.

Despite my advanced check in it still took over 15 minutes to check in. Trailer, while perfectly functional, had a few cracked and broken light lens and was dirty inside (I needed to sweep it out myself before loading). All in all not a big deal as I received a trailer that did what I wanted it to do but the experience of getting the trailer could have been faster and the trailer itself in better shape.

The college ave was a most satisfying experience and the personnel were professional, friendly and efficient. They were sensitive to my needs and listened and responded without excuses or drama.The facility was clean and presented well. I was in and out in a minimum of time which is obviously important on moving day. A five star experience with no exaggeration.

this location refuses to work with customer service! Customer service transferred my rental to this location because of issues at another location. I had already paid for the rental yet this location manager would not let me rent the truck without signing a new agreement. I have sense been charged $114 over what my rental should have been. Customer service will not return my money because the manager at this location has to do so. The manager refuses to do so and said that customer service will have to handle it. If you use this location pay in cash only or you will pay triple!

I want my full resolutions which means my refunds. I want the corporate office to take care of my refunds because the general manager at the store is refusing my resolutions from the pick up location. They messed up so much and didn't even have the right information in the system for me after I wrote it down and gave it to them and they said they were putting in right away. If these resolution are not made, I will be contacting the BBB and bringing a third party in and seek complete reimbursement for the complete incompetence of the uhaul location. I as a customer provided all the correct information necessary and reserved everything a week ahead of time to give this location time to have all parts ready. The drop off location was amazing and Evan Williams was the nicest, most helpful employee that truly appreciated my entire situation as a customer. I have friends who move constantly as they get out of school and move for jobs. If Uhaul makes me take steps towards small claims court for this location, because I have a very strong case, which I would like to avoid but will go to court, I will tell friends not to go with this moving company. Please contact me ASAP with my resolutions. I will be calling the regional office as well.

The truck had a faulty battery. After unloading the truck it wouldn't start and had to be jumped. We double checked the lights to see if it was user error and they were off and both doors in the cab had been shut. The battery had simply died. The inside of the truck was dirty and had not been swept out. The windshield was cracked and created sun glare. The body of the truck was worn with scratches, gouges, and dents. So no, I do not believe the truck had been well maintained.

I rented a truck. Went to adjust rear view mirror before leaving the location and it popped off in my hand. no one was able to fix it so they told me to take the truck without it. When I returned the truck they asked me if I fueled it up. No one mentioned when I picked the truck up that I needed to do that. They did not charge me for the gas however.

There was a little delay picking up the truck, the truck that was originally assigned could not be located on site but I was in no hurry anyway. The return process was simple and convenient.
