The woman who helped me when I picked up my truck and dropped it off was very nice and very professional. She was great and made my experience easy and pleasant.

Probably the most unfriendly establishment I have ever done business with in all of my 69 years. They acted as if they could care less about my business including the manager

The levers that tighten the hold down straps over the front wheels were packed with sandy mud and were unmoveable. It required quite a bit of effort to clean out the mud and sand so that the levers would work.

They don't know their own stock. And mess up people's contracts by putting down wrong numbers of trailers and drop off locations.

David the manager was fast, efficient and friendly helping me rent the trailer.

Everything was clean, but the radio did not work. People were great.

Nothing, service was courteous, quick and efficient. I plan to use this location again for around town needs. With this service I don't need to buy a truck that I need maybe three times a year.

Everything was well done. I appreciated the courtesy

Make sure everyone knows how to process a U-Haul gift certificate as a payment method.

Good friendly service. Readily accessible.

The only reason it wasnt "5 stars" is because when the trainee was reserving my truck, she did not give me the option to get a larger truck. She assured me the 15 ft would fit all my furniture. When I picked up the truck, I saw that it would be too small, and the manager on duty was kind enough to find us a larger truck and write up bew paperwork. Turns out the 20 ft still took us two trips. I guess a two bedroom can fit a lot.

The customer service provided at the Huntington Hills (Fort Collins) location far exceeded my expectations!! I was worried about the forecast for snow on the scheduled day of pickup and the staff explained the process to request an earlier pickup if possible...which uhaul was able to comply for the prior evening. The staff member even gave me an extra day for return (48 hours). The staff also offered suggestions for packing supples that were very helpful. On the evening of pickup, the paperwork process took about 5 minutes (I had utilized the online check-in that staff suggestion the day before). THANK YOU!!

2 days before my move, I got an email detailing a change to my pick up location to a town over. After the correction I was offered a 20ft truck as they no longer had 17ft ones. I was assured several times that 1) price wouldn't change and 2) my sister could pick up the truck and I would get charged online. At the pick up site they asked for my sister's card, and charged her. There was also a dolly missing which I had paid for.

Great service! Definitely will rent from here again! Pick up with early check in was a breeze I was on my way in less than ten mins!

I checked in online hoping to save a bit of time. While my time at the counter was short, I still had to wait in the same line with other customers who did not pre-check in. Can you have a separate line for customers who checked in on line...similar to how they do it at the rental car companies. I realize that might not be a practical for your smaller operation. Other than that, the van I rented with the higher cab was excellent and made it easy to load and unload.

Not very friendly... didn't like to explain anything very well. I felt like an inconvenience to them standing around and doing nothing when I walked in.

Customer Service rep (Kaitlyn Huffman) was cheerful, fast & efficient. Couldn't ask for better.

Make sure the A/C works on the trucks

We deliver furniture to the homeless who are just getting into their apartment. The furniture was donated to us and so we have furniture for them to start a new life. We rent from U-Haul on Hwy 287 about every 2 weeks. they know me now and are very courteous and accommodating. Great people work there. Norm Hudson

Customer service needs to improve drastically.

I was told to buy a particular wiring kit for my car and it turned out to be one that needed to be spliced in to the system instead of the quick connect version. This problem cost me lost time and more money for installation that could have been avoided.

This Center was the most beautiful I have ever rented from. I will return for the free nacho bar and lemonade in the lobby.

Picking up equipment was fast and easy. The only comment I have would be that the after hour drop off was not explained in enough detail and I did not realize I would need to check in online and take pictures of inside truck until I had already dropped key in the lockbox. I had to improvise.

The people who worked there were very nice. However, it was pretty disorganized. I ordered a dolly & furniture pads and was told they would be in the back of the truck, but they weren't. The person who brought the truck out didn't know where the emergency break was and also couldn't tell me how to move the side mirrors. It took quite awhile to get everything set so I could leave. Then, I was charged (and paid) the fee, but later when I checked my receipt I saw that there was an additional ($20) charge added later that wasn't explained. I had also been told that if I didn't use the furniture pads I wouldn't be charged for them, but I was. I sent an email asking for an explanation of the charges and reimbursement of at least the charge for the furniture pads, if not the extra charge that was added after the fact. At this point I have not heard any response. If this matter is cleared up I would probably change my mind as to whether I would recommend this location to a friend.
