I showed up at 4:30am to pickup my rental truck and the U-Haul app notified me that there was no truck assigned to me. The error also provided a 24/hour local number to call so I called the number (mike blau) and after 4 days still have yet to hear back.. Was this a regional manager? Either way a terrible display of customer service. I was only able to get help after calling the 1800-U-Haul number where I was told I'd have to come back when the store opened to pickup the truck. I ended up making people that were going to help me move, wake up at 5am for no reason... really not good when people offer to help. I was offered a discount which was nice but overall the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend using the app, it is pretty terrible. You are far better off just talking to somebody in person and picking up the truck ahead of time during business hours.

We were impressed by how easy it was to work with our situation - giving household items to son in WA state, and we live in CO. We met our son in ID, he drove to Gold Bar, WA, unloaded, and returned the truck to Snohomish U-Haul. We were extremely happy that this could be worked out so easily.

Had me checked in within minutes of my arrival. Great to work with and excellent customer service!!

Your central dispatcher actually on the contract gave us an initial drop off address in Loveland, CO. We go to the address and I am informed sorry but you need to drop this off at the Fort Collins CO Uhaul address. I think your central dispatchers have a serious problem including their bad attitude on the phone.

Have my uhaul ready. My order was cancelled for no reason and I was forced to wait for over 2 hours for uhaul to straighten things out. Completely uncacceptable.

I used your online express check in the night before the pickup and found the question about the address confusing. I ended up using my home address although I did correct it the next morning.

Counter Agent was excellent and helped us overcome an issue we had in getting the equipment. Thanks.

They appeared to be very nice but when I arrived the trailer was not there, no fault of theirs but from what I could tell no effort was made to contact the people that had the trailer. They sent me to Loveland to get one and that turned out to be smaller than promised. After another half hour on the phone, and they found one, which meant yet another trip, this time to Longmont for the correct size. They assured me that the people that did not return the trailer would be penalized but that didn't help me. They would be fined but I ran all over northern colorado to get a trailer that was promised. With nothing but an apology. I understand that Uhaul wasn't at fault, but it could have been handled better. It seems like locations should have back up plans. At least one set of backup vehicles/ trailers per city . Or in my case,I think I should have been given a substantial discount if not gratis. It took 3 hours and 30 miles to get the trailer I needed.

This location seemed to be a bit understaffed when it came to turning in the equipment. I had to wait 10-15 minutes before I could get checked out. There were 3-4 customers waiting to check out but only 1 employee seemed to be assigned to check-in returning equipment. (The employee knew what they were doing, they just had too much to do at once.)

The manager, the clerk (Darlene?) and gentleman that reviewed the vehicle with me were all very helpful and professional. Renting a moving truck can be a very stressful experience, but this crew made it a little less stressful. thank you

wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. The bigger store is great now. I felt the price to rent for the 6 hours was excellent and we accomplished everything we need to do with no hassles. We had a properly working truck also. Thanks Guys!

I was blown away by how expensive the trucks are to rent. At least twice what I think a fair charge should be. I won't be back

Please make sure the bag of moving blankets has 6 pcs not 5pcs. Thanks, you were that close to getting 5 stars! LOL.

Exceptional service from David who helped us the day prior to make our reservation and also on the rental day.

I have ordered a 17-foot truck but got a 20 foot. Unfortunately, I had to spend more money on gas because the 20 foot was more expensive. The biggest thing that is extremely frustrating is that every time I get a truck from U-Haul, the fuel is not full. I picked up my truck in Fort Collins with 3/8 of fuel in the tank. I was traveling to Aurora, CO. I was not sure if 3/8 of fuel was enough to travel to Aurora, CO, so I filled up the tank as much as I thought I needed. When I returned the truck to U-Haul, I returned it with 5/8 of fuel. I guess what I am trying to say is that I don’t like the guessing game of how much fuel I will need to get to my destination. I would like to receive a truck with a full tank of gas so I can return the truck with a full tank. In the end, if I would have returned the truck with less than 3/8 of fuel I would have been charged $3.75 per gallon and if I would have returned the truck with less than a ¼ tank, I would also pay a $30 as a service fee. However, if I overfill tank by mistake or accident, I don’t get reimbursed. So, once again, if the tank was full from the beginning, that would eliminate all of these issues of unfairness and inconvenience. I would recommend a location that go above and beyond to satisfy customer’s needs. But the staff was nice and professional which I appreciate.

Why do I register online and reserve the truck with my card and then go in for pick up n start the process all over again while the workers argue with each other about who does what n how is wrong. Very unprofessional for co-workers. They don't have to like each other and that's fine, but don't criticize each other in front of customers.

Twice I have rented from this location. The first time, the associate who pulled up the truck didn't accurately confirm the mileage recorded on my way out. I was charged for 30 extra miles and the fee was never returned to me. This last rental, the associate didn't confirm correctly that the furniture dolly was clipped in with the plastic zip tie. As soon as I got the truck to the house I realized his error and immediately called the service number provided. The man on the phone assured me he'd add a note to my record saying I'd not actually used the dolly but, of course, I was charged for it. I won't rent from here again and will steer my friends away from this location as well. It feels like the customer shouldn't have to double check that the truck has been accurately reviewed upon return and recorded accordingly. I've learned my lesson. I will always triple check gas, mileage, zip ties on the blankets and on the dolly as well. It just feels like I shouldn't have to pay for Uhaul associate's mistakes.

First I was slated for a rusty-looking trailer with rusty door handles and dented in fenders. I had been there three time prior to picking up and even called to make sure I got a newer whiter one. And the central office told me they used those on the long one-way hauls. So when I got there I was surprusef they were about to put this dingy and dented one on. I asked for the other; they did it but not without complaint or a follow-up statement by the manager advising "all of them were good and went one way." But that's not what central advised. So customer service wasn't great picking it up. And the contract wasn't changed properly-- when I dropped it off in Natick, MA, they said someone already checked that one in. In addition the lights were a problem off and in during the trip. I asked for an adjustment and was given $20 credit. I was hoping for a bit more than that. There was duck tape on the wiring (before I lwft the dealer) on one spot, they checked the blinker and brake lights--ok; but the rear lights when headlights were in didn't come on (after testing again before I left home). I called the dealer but as talking they came on. I didn't think I'd have the problem again but did twice along the route. When I got to Natick, MA, I showed the service man and his comment was the ground wire was neatly completely "fried." He advised he was going to change the whole wiring on the trailer. The Natick office was very helpful and superior to the Fort Collins dealer. Fort Collins didn't make me feel like a valued customer, Natick gets customer service.

Gentleman that checked in my car trailer was helpful and informative about dropping off the box truck after hours.
