Great service and great staff
Matt L20’ was not available in Denison Iowa so I had to go out of route to Fort Dodge Iowa to pick up which used more fuel for the trip. At pickup arrived 30 minutes early U-Haul in Fort Dodge and agent advised the computer system not working which also delayed my pickup & caused delay for my entire trip I was informed also that the previous renter failed to secure the gas cap on fill up which caused the check engine light to be illuminated on pickup and still illuminated at drop off Which created stressing about the ligh issue throughout the trip.
