All was great except that the drop off location did not have the information from UHaul that I was coming there and dropping the trailer off .I had to show him my info UHaul sent me where to drop it off .

ROSS GThe trailer was dirty from a previous rental. Also, the online booking platform took forever and kept returning so had to repeat input 4 times ... Staff were great however.
