Only dropping off, but since location doubles as a service station, the staff was unable to go outside the store for any assistance. The pickup location provided both helpful directions, and attached and connected/set up the trailer for me.

I have rented the cargo van 3 times over the past 6 weeks-ish. The same garbage that was in it the first time (when I first got in) was still in it last week. I appreciate the newer van. It’s comfortable to drive - but not impressed the vehicle has not been cleaned in many weeks.

JAMES MI rented this same van approximately 3 weeks ago and there was random garbage (candy wrappers and a couple of other things) that were still in it today. It definitely hadn’t been cleaned or swept out. Some garbage also in the back. I had the van for less than 2 hours and moved 1 couch. Definitely don’t want to get hit with a cleaning bill!!
MARIANNE SI rented a small enclosed trailer from the N Service Road location in Fort Erie. The staff members were friendly and helpful. They even gave us water for the trip. The trailer was in very good condition, and the price was excellent. No hidden costs.
