I ordered my truck with an appliance dolly. The truck came but not the dolly. When the U-Haul agent called the day before, I asked them several times to make sure the dolly is available for the truck and they told me it's there. I walk in and there is no dolly. The associate looked everywhere inside and out of all the trucks and store, and nothing was available. The associate did try to contact another location and asked if they had one, they said they did, so I went over there and that associate thought it was their own store dolly, not the U-Haul dolly rental. I wasted 2 and a half hours between both locations. There was lack of communication and nothing was double checked to make sure the rentals were available. I am very disappointed.

Only dropping off, but since location doubles as a service station, the staff was unable to go outside the store for any assistance. The pickup location provided both helpful directions, and attached and connected/set up the trailer for me.
Chris KI have rented the cargo van 3 times over the past 6 weeks-ish. The same garbage that was in it the first time (when I first got in) was still in it last week. I appreciate the newer van. It’s comfortable to drive - but not impressed the vehicle has not been cleaned in many weeks.

JAMES MI rented this same van approximately 3 weeks ago and there was random garbage (candy wrappers and a couple of other things) that were still in it today. It definitely hadn’t been cleaned or swept out. Some garbage also in the back. I had the van for less than 2 hours and moved 1 couch. Definitely don’t want to get hit with a cleaning bill!!
