The back of the truck was a complete mess extremely disappointing having to clean it before loading it.

I was not given the quoted price and then charged an extra w insurance for being an hour late on return
KATHLEEN TThe $10.00 compensation for the heavy cigarette smell in the cab was appreciated, The people serving were pleasant and helped with verifying the state of the cab in smell and cabin cleanliness. They also helped in starting the truck when it failed to initially start.
DAVID MInteresting, I have rented many times before, and this is the first time I dropped the trailer off, and they did not inspect it at all. I unhooked the trailer, rolled it back into it's spot and put it on the trailer stand, went inside and the person said "All is good have a great day" and I left.
Glen BAll was great except that the drop off location did not have the information from UHaul that I was coming there and dropping the trailer off .I had to show him my info UHaul sent me where to drop it off .
