U-Haul provides terrible service. I made my reservation online two weeks in advance for my move from Dryden to Fort Frances. Then, the person in charge of reservations changed my reservation, and I had to go to Fort Frances to pick up the truck, take it to Dryden, and then finally return to Fort Frances, which was my final destination. The worst part of all is that they changed my reservation and didn't notify me at all. I had to call them to ask about my reservation, and that's when they told me they had changed it. I definitely do not recommend this company, as they do whatever they want without informing their customers. On the other hand, the people at the physical office in Fort Frances gave me excellent service (they are not part of U-Haul)
