Website listed our trailer size, we reserved it then someone called and said it wasn't at the location. When we showed up it was there. Thankfully James was very helpful on site and we had everything sorted out. Good overall experience

The size truck I reserved wasn't available and I wasn't told until a few days before my move. I was downsized to a size less than half of what I asked for. The day of, I went to pick up via mobile pick up and my truck wasn't ready so I called the customer service number and was told to go into the pickup location only to find out that the it is closed on weekends. I finally tracked someone down to talk to and they said the truck had not been returned yet and we would have to wait another hour and to come back then for pickup.

Great overall customer experience! I was assisted when I picked up to ensure the trailer was safely secure, given a new wire harness to use and had a quick 101 on braking and how to check the trailer hookup throughout my trip. Thanks Kevin and James!

Owner gave is the extra days to return as we were under the 14 day quarantine when we got home. We brought it back as soon as quarantine was over at no extra cost. Thank you. That relieved a lot of stress.

The store hours are supposed to begin at 8AM I called the taxi service (affiliated business) and asked when they would be open because no one was there, he said a few minutes after 9am, I came at 9 and after waiting for 20 minutes called all the numbers repeatedly and got no answer, I called U-Haul booking centre and told them around 9:30am the guy finally showed up at 10am. In the meantime I had two helpers at $45/hr waiting 2 hours. U-Haul prices have skyrocketed in the last couple years and have become outrageous (1600 for an open trailer with tax) If I had a place to store it I would have bought a trailer at Canadian tire for less. 1st night my trailer tire went flat. When I picked up the trailer it was stored away in a residential area and not at the dealership, the box had 6†of snow and under that was full of leaves, the wheel wells were full of sandy fine gravel. Disgusting customer service and lack of respect for their customers. Next time I move I will find a place with more parking and just buy my own trailer.

This location needs to check the trucks and trailers the day before or more before customer is picking up, equipment has been in poor condition, not working as should be, and not clean!.. very unorganized. Causes delays in picking up and getting going and also when on the road!.Some staff will not even listen to what you say is wrong with equipment, and half the time no one is in the office during hours the you should be able to access services. Needs to be managed way more better!

Good equipment except the hitch was too small to go over a 2" ball, and with a 1-7/8" ball, the hitch unscrewed going down the road and would have disconnected had not the load been in the front of the trailer. EDavid

Great customer service! It was a pleasure dealing with North Air, I felt like she knew what to look for and wasn't messing everything up like Lakeway did in SSM. Very helpful and didn't take up much of my time! Great location!

Tires bald and flat. NO roadside assistance available. Had to find our own help so that we could begin the trip. Told by the road side assistance attendant, Sue, that we could ask for a partial refund because of the hours and hours of hassle trying to find people to help us. That turned out to be not true.
