The worker was rude had an attitude, never took me around to the uhaul just handed me the keys and said outside, put the dolly right outside and left. I work and customer service and I never treat customers the way I was treated always pleasant with a smile even if I was dealing with problems a customer would never know cause I keep it professional I feel I was being racially discriminated.

Van has tremendous vibration at 50 mph or above, unsafe. Plus corresponding loud noise rumble required stuffing our ears - I would have returned immediately but we were 30 minutes on the road before the highway. You have no business renting anything in this disrepair.

We had a terrible experience, with your company. I ordered equipment. Which I never sow. But you charged me anyway. You counted milage three times more, then we really used( we have provment we took the photos.) your operator told us, that we covered mor then 1940 mile in twenty hours. That means we was going nonstop, for twenty hours, almost hundred mile pair hour? Are you crazy? I hope you will returne our money back, or we will sue your company.

Cashier kept assisting customers that arrived in line behind us, without finishing our transaction. Never explained why we had to wait for 2 other patrons to be helped before completing our transaction. Not happy with attendant's customer service. Mostly utilized this facility because it is close and convenient.

mileage was incorrect and gas tank was not full when taken. luckily, i took photos of before and after i returned it. the gas attendant still wanted to charge me for additional gas fees even though i filled it before returning with more gas than i returned it. he also added another 40 miles of charges. luckily, i had photo proof.

I had confirmed in the day 2 times when talking to "Sid" at the location that I can pick up the van at 930pm, after the uhaul hours close at 7pm. I was assured of it. Then when I went to the shop at 930pm, the representative at the shop "sallah", refused to give me th van. He saw the reservation, had several vans outside parked, I gave him my license and credit card and also told him the details. He simply refused that his manager will get upset. Then after continuously pleading for it, I finally got it at 10pm with caveat to bring back by 7am. I did bring back by midnight, had urgent moving to do, got done. So thanks for that. Yet this stuff can Ben better managed and avoided. I did try to call uhaul central number...was in hold for 20min and none picked up!

I returned the truck about 10 minutes before than reservation time. And I had to wait 10 minutes for full time. And I had to wait 10 minutes to finish again. I can't understand this situation. I'm not happy so much.

This uhaul retailer location is a gas station. When I attempted to return the van I rented the gas gauge had not gone down. a gas pump attendant marked the gauge as such on my paperwork an asked me for my method of payment i handed him my American express credit card the attendant proceeded to charge me at the pump, when I inquired what is happening he claimed not to speak English and asked for my zip code. I choose to go into the store/office. The gas pump attendant became very angry and volatile the man proceeded to scratch out half a tank and marked one quarter below half a tank. The finale outcome is I am unclear on the precise amount of money I should have been charged. Additionally another issue arose with mileage i most likely we over charged., I don't trust theses gentlemen. i believe I may have been over charged , non the less I will not be going back to this location. My mother is moving next week I am unsure about uhaul and may use a competitor. ¤

When I introduced myself to pick up a pick up/car transport that was reserved he said he didn’t have one I waited 30mins then he calls me over I found one after another 20 mins with paper work I go outside and I was told to put everything together so I was pressed for time I started to but the pick up had no ball/tongue for the hitch and he said I don’t have one so back inside to change to a box truck with a hitch more paperwork when returning the lot Attd wanted me to take everything apart and park it in specific areas I told him to go pound salt Really disappointed this shop gives UHaul a bad name I never had any issues like Tiia in other shops

The truck was EXTREMELY disgusting. I picked up and began driving on the highway towards our destination. As we were driving, my roommate was digging in a few grocery bags we had in the front cabbie for a snack and screamed. There were roaches in our bags of groceries. I pulled over and we jumped out to search the cabbie and there were large and baby roaches that scattered on the floor and ran behind the seats in the cracks at the bottom of the seats. Horrified and disgusted, we LITERALLY had to throw out three bags of groceries that were perishable (the other groceries we had were in the back of the truck). Every time we got in and out of the cabbie, we had to hit the seats and step on roaches before sitting down as they were often on our seats and on the floor. THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

I had to pick up the vehicle in Fort Lee, because where Uhaul indicated they had a truck for me(in Closter), was not the case. I had to drive an additional 10 miles to pick up the truck. Although the truck was well maintained your booking process was horrible. There was no notice the vehicle would not be available in Closter ahead of time. As a result of this poor service I was advised I would be getting a $50 credit from UHaul or that amount deducted from my final charge. I expect to see that

check the equipment and fix before renting to the customer. I got a bumper damaged truck, so I replaced with another one. the second truck had an issue with the Tire air pressure, but the personal told me that is ok, and, because i was running out of time, I drove a truck with the air presure sign on. The truck was clean on the inside, but need overall maintenance.
