I had issues returning my rental since two different locations were displayed in the email confirmation and my Uhaul account online. The staff were very patient. Even though they couldn't find a way to help return the truck the first day, they helped me find a parking. Anderson and another staff member were able to help me solve the problem professionally and efficiently the next day.

Easy to fuel the truck for return, as it was a gas station, and the staff were friendly and helpful!
WILLIAM JAlmost everything was very good, I was a little surprised that me that when I returned the van, the representative told me that I should to take the heavy appliance handtruck out of the van and put it where all the other ones were. I am 66 and he was probably in his early 30s. Not very considerate.
