Location would not accept vehicle at first and staff was rude about it not being in their system when I had reserved the drop off there. I’m general my issues are not w pick up and drop off locations, but worth the company itself. I reserved over phone at 1800 go uhaul and was clear about where I wanted to pick up and drop off and it was never said to me that it would be an issue. Instead I was assigned pick up location miles away from where I would be and nobody wine to we the drop off procedure. I said where I wanted to drop off and assumed that would be where I would drop off. You need to do a MUCH better job w this.

The right mirror was broken and unusable, very dangerous !!!! This is a big truck and not being able to see clearly on the right is not acceptable. The mirror was attached by ducktape, and it barely held it together. It is very frustrating to count on your product and receive something in this manner when we are strended to a schedule without an option. The people that helped us at Shell were great

Here's what I sent Uhaul. BEWARE Dear Sir: I just finished my one way rental of a 10' truck from NYC to Grand Gorge, NY. We parked last night in front of our house approx 6 feet off road. There was a little dusting of snow on the ground. Unfortunately, I could not get the truck out this morning and had to be pulled by a neighbor. The back left tire was nearly bald and would not grip the cold ground. Uhaul should never have allowed this vehicle on the road in the winter with such a worn down tire. It was very irresponsible on your part! Luckily, the roads were not slipperly last night and we safely made the 160 mile trip. HOWEVER, THIS IS A HAZARDOUS SITUATION AND SHOULD BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY!

Attendant was not available to give us the truck at the time we reserved. And then they tried to make it seem like we were wrong for booking the time we did. Broken glass was found in the back of the truck and had to be cleaned before we used the vehicle.

The 24/7 Express self-check in process was easily the worst customer service experience I have ever had - including all experiences with gov't agencies and cable companies. The mobile app did not work. I consistently received wrong advice or completely lazy/apathetic attitudes from the Customer Service hotline (except for the woman who ultimately helped me). And the Traffic Controller (Maxine) was outrageously rude and incompetent. I am not one to complain almost ever because I don't consider it worth my time. Congratulations Uhaul for forcing me to break my code and tell you how disgraceful this customer service is. I will likely never use your service again.

We elected to use the mobile app to pick up the uhaul. In theory it's great--but you end up going inside anyways, we wasted 20 minutes trying to take the picture so it was accepted. And that process cutting into our time was just a little annoying. We had also already submitted the drivers license photo front and back--so unclear why that was needed twice. Everything else was totally golden--just would recommend skipping the "mobile pickup" cause it was more trouble than it's worth. Thanks!

This was the worst experience ever. The worker wasn’t at his shift (that started at 3:30, I was there at 5 pm), he was rude and didn’t explain what I was getting charged again for, they gave me a big trailer when I had preordered the van, and still charged me extra. This location should reassess their customer service.
