Samir KWe were running late for a drop off due to traffic and I called the location to inform them about it, to what the representative said that there is a $500 fine for a late return. This is a complete bs and they didn’t charge us at the end, but I suppose they just wanted to stress us out. You should revisit how you treat the customers.
