Vehicle had 1/4 tank of gas and their was trash left from customer before. This was the first time experiencing this as this location as I’ve rented numerous times. They are helpful and courteous at this location and have never had an issue especially when I dropped this vehicle off. Would definitely rent from here again.
SUDIE WAnderson was very professional, personable and very helpful & kinda. I was very impressed with him.
Deborah WAll worked well but I was not too happy with the return. I was asked whether I had topped up the gas tank. When I replied I had only driven for 6 or 7 miles, I was told it's OK. Then I got a bill which included seven gallons of gas. While I acknowledge I used up gas and I know you charge extra for the refill, there is no way I used up 7 gallons worth of gas.
