The outside of the truck was dirty and the front bumper was hanging off and needed to be repaired. I did not feel comfortable taking that vehicle but I was in a rush so I settled and did not ask for a replacement. In January, I rented in the Bronx and it was much better

Michael ABut it’s New York City where it’s hard to find a parking spot
Alhassane CLine to pick up was long and app check in process is not entirely practical based on how vehicles are parked. Taking photos from the middle of a busy avenue is not safe. BUT overall, I had a good experience and the folks who run this location are nice and customer oriented.
