Sara CHorrible customer service, they did not explain anything, just gave me the keys. Also the van was not clean.
Farhan AWhen I picked up the trailer the attendant pointed to which unit was mine and walked away. Didn’t offer to assist in any way. All good I hooked up myself. When I dropped off I disconnected and went and told the attendant I was dropping off. He informed me it was in the wrong place. Guess I would have been more receptive and moved it had there been some assistance on pick up. You don’t want to help with pick up don’t expect me to help at drop off. Petty I know.
Kevin CThe payment system wasn’t working and it took multiple attempts on the sales side to figure out how to take my payment. The truck we took had a check engine light on and a burnt out headlight and when we told the sales associate he just shrugged his shoulders. I only needed the truck for a very short time so I made it work.
