It’s my second time to pick up the trailer on this dealer and experienced twice of poor customer service, I have to wait 30 minutes because the agent don’t know what he is doing. He call his supervisor how to do it properly and my 30 minutes got wasted.

The staff that working here they have zero knowledge on the system of uhaul. I supposed to have my refund of $33 last month but they dont want to give it back to me showed them the reciept of it but they have zero clue how to do it!😡
Khalid P45 minutes to pick up a trailer. 30 of it spent with the cashier trying to process my payment. 15 of it spent trying to connect the trailer because of a hitch issue. Cashier was also rude. Would not recommend this location.
