While we got the job done, I would let my friends know that we got the job done but did not appreciate the experience. After booking, I got an email with a different address. We went to the address for our 5pm booking and did not know where to go. At 5:10pm, we got an email with the original address. The customer service was poor. He did the job but I felt ignored and he was not friendly.

When I showed up at 8am the attendant was not present in the office. I had to bang on the side door of the attached apartment to wake him up. After he did wake up, the attending agent had no idea how to hook the trailer up, and it was absolutely buried in snow. I was required to clean the roof off and dig out the tongue just to attach it to my truck. Irritating but not the end of the world… the trailer was rented specifically to haul a motorcycle to Edmonton and once I got home in my driveway I realized the tie downs were broken off the inside, essentially making the trailer useless. The lights weren’t all working, the door opened twice while driving, and the most irritating part was that I dropped it off Monday and the agent told me to “drop it anywhere there was space.”… I drop the trailer and then I see an additional $55 charge because he didn’t even check it back in until Tuesday so I was charged an additional day as well as an extra day of collision. Overall, it was about a 1/10 and I highly doubt I will be renting from U-haul again in the future.

Wossen DThey gave me a truck with a garbage battery. It kept dying on me everytime I stopped to fill for gas. I asked someone to give me boost 3 separate times and when I told the return location to be compensated for that by returning the gas 1/4 tank low, they told me it was fine. And I still got charged. I asked for help in -30 3 times and had to get a boost in the worst conditions, and this is how I got treated. Very frustrated for how I got charged and for everything I endured. Definitely would not recommend and rent from here again.
