I still haven't received my 45$ refund they said they don't do refunds that U-Haul will give it back. Im still waiting since July 24/2025

Cameron M(This message is for U-Haul directly, not the physical location of pick up) This was an absolutely awful and stressful experience. You took my reservations but did not hold the reservation which is the most important part. I ordered a 20’ truck and received a 10’ and a trailer to pull. Not at all the same thing, you’re a billion dollar corporation and you cannot through some of that money at making sure rentals are available? I have already and will continue letting people know about how u-haul, a multi billion dollar corporation left me completely put out. That’s the best I can do.
