They gave me a truck with a garbage battery. It kept dying on me everytime I stopped to fill for gas. I asked someone to give me boost 3 separate times and when I told the return location to be compensated for that by returning the gas 1/4 tank low, they told me it was fine. And I still got charged. I asked for help in -30 3 times and had to get a boost in the worst conditions, and this is how I got treated. Very frustrated for how I got charged and for everything I endured. Definitely would not recommend and rent from here again.

abdi dThe worst.. iwas just really in need of a rental vehicle. 1st, no walk arounds from pick up to drop off The initial mileage appeared to be off. Me ending up being charged with 52miles where in fact the actual mileage i used was only 20mi. As i boarded the vehicle the mileage on board was 89495.. on the receipt it says 89463. The fuel was only quarter. How would i be able to fuel up with my consumption if its not full. I just chose not to file complaint but i guess i learned my lesson. Take a picture of the odometer before leaving. I was in so much rush. Never again in this branch i guess thats what i can do.
Jed JWaited 45-55 minutes, truck was just returned, They cost me 1 HOUR EXTRA IN LABOUR COST, office guys didn’t seem to know the paperwork well . but Paperwork was slowly processed Truck filthy Truck had only 1/4 fuel Window wash fluid…. None…. EMPTY DRIVER WINDOW HANDLE BROKEN AMIKA AND AMERR, two movers were excellent Very respectable, knowledgeable of how to move furniture, load and unloaded I would recommend these 2 men again if I needed any more help in future
