no one would give me a receipt for drop off on site , waited another day for an email after calling and calling.
GRETCHEN PThe clerk doing the rental didn't use my existing reservation. He created a new one which was incorrect. I called and straightened it out.
KEVIN CReservation was for a 20ft moving truck to pick up at Hanson st,ft.myers at 10am on Monday having already been delayed in my move as there were no 20ft.trucks available for a 1 way move to Kissimmee, Fl......and there was No truck at Hanson St either which caused much delay whilst I had to deal with uhaul to get a 26ft truck in place which took much extra time over the phone with uhaul as the local dealer has no power or authority to make customer changes for repl.equipment on an existing contract!-very slow pick up to get the paperwork and a wait payment of $200 in needless wait time for the uhaul movers at movinghelp.com caused by uhaul where i had to pay uhaul the extra wait fees that incurred serious labor delays in that day's move!-service was akin more to sleepy 3rd world disorganization!
christopher jThey didn’t have a pickup plan for a Saturday pickup. So Uhaul changed my pickup location that morning to a location 90 miles from my house. It makes me wonder if your reservation system can be reliable?
