I arrived at approximately 12:15 pm. The hours posted on the door were 9 am - 5:30 pm (so I was clearly there in the middle of their open hours). Even the neon sign in the window flashed "open". However, doors were all locked and no one was around. I parked the truck in what seemed like the only spot I could (it is a very small/tight facility in a strip mall). I put the keys in the box and left. Later that day I received my final invoice and saw I was charged a $50 "cleaning fee". Knowing I had cleaned the truck very well, I called and found out I was charged because I supposedly parked in a no parking area. I did not see any signs and there was no one there to direct me. Very poor customer service!
ROCKIE RAll i would say that needs 100%improving on, is to pre notify potential customers before they reserve, that there pick up and drop off location's of said rental, After it was originally set,booked,and paid for ,confirmed by e mail at time of booking,locations of pick up and drop off will change the day before you are to pick it up.So then in the middle of it all youre customer can figure out where and how they are now going to pick it up and drop it off from this new location, that was never expected to change on you, when it normally takes 2 person to get it done, and on u hauls time frame.This type of action needs to stop immediately and be corrected ..Other than that scenario of events .I wld recomend u haul for moving needs .

YASSER RThe check engine light came on while hauling and the oil light appeared. I didn’t think I was going to make it back to the location to drop it off. I told the worker about it he seemed he could care less
