Moving help was a disaster. George dId not show at time promised. Sent a different crew 11/2 hrs later and said it was not his fault since the job he was on ran over. Arrogant and dismissive of my complaint. We have used people from moving help 5 times before but this experience with No Limit Movers makes me question why I would do it again. Other issues too numerous to comment. You should not allow contractors to make commitments they can’t keep.

Lacking in abilities to help unhitch trailer. Plus would not give me receipt, advised it would be emailed to me, I now know why, charged extra since I did not bring back at 8:30 AM which I was not advised needed to happen. We did not close on house till 10 AM and could not unload trailer till after this time

When I dropped the vehicle off I did not receive any paper work or confirmation that I dropped the vehicle off, it would have been nice to get a receipt stating I returned the vehicle with the right amount of gas and in the same conditioned I rented it.

The truck was filthy, I had to clean the interior up before I could drive it. I told the girl before we even left and asked if someone could clean it. She said she was the only one there and had to run 10 different locations herself. She was not very nice. The truck had no windshield washer fluid in it. The engine sounded horrible and had no power at times. There were no blankets available for use. Had to get gas almost immediately upon pickup, it was low. Drop off person didn't seem to care either about all the problems. Did not even apologise when we told him.. This was my 3 rd or 4th rental. All others were fine. This was unacceptable!

The woman at the counter was not pleasant. She didn't even look at me, just said I'll email your receipt unless you want to wait but she had my truck and another to do. It was 8 a.m. so they weren't busy. I said I would wait. She came back handed me my paperwork and without looking up said I'll email your receipt.

I would recommend the location, great and hard worker; as well as super helpful. However, our overall experience with uhaul was very poor. Our truck wasn't at the location that we signed up for, then the truck wasn't available at the location we got send too; then we had to wait three hours until the locations opened up. Once the places opened up we were send to a different location again. Our whole move was moved back three hours, a bunch of hassle for everyone involved (including the people we had set up to help us), and having to drive around everywhere, which was wasting more time and gas. Very upset with this setup.

I reserved a vehicle online through your website for a location that is 3.5 miles from my house. While working later on that day, uhaul sent a text message stating my pick up my location for the vehicle the next day over 30 miles away. This works out to almost a $30 charge for mileage that was unnecessary. After doing a bit more research I found out the location that was reserved is closed on Sundays and it's been closed every Sunday since its opening. That being said it should never even have been an option for me and we would have chose a different day to move these items. We have rented from uhaul many times and have to say if the situation isn't corrected it will be the last time we use your company. Yes I understand it was my choice to take the vehicle from the place it was assigned but that being said I didn't have a choice. Doing a little bit more research I found out that this is something that your company does all the time. After making a call to reservations department even your representative expressed their disapproval with the way reservations are handled by the online system. It was explained to me that any and all reservations are taken and then an email text or phone call goes out shipping people to different locations for pick up. I now feel as though this is a bait-and-switch kind of situation for your company to make extra money without the public being the wiser. Most people would turn to the internet and defame your Brand's name. I'm giving you a chance to do the right thing and correct the situation. Not being a neophyte to situations like this puts me in a stronger position to argue my case. Being taken advantage of is not something we will let go by the way side, I hope you do the right thing.

I was Impressed with the Communication from U-Haul when renting as I had to pick up trailer from another location, due to the Hurricane, the trailer was in great condition and the only complaint I have is I brought the trailer back 2 hrs past the set drop off time and they still charged me for a whole another days rental.

Generally a great location. Rented the unit on the Thursday before the Hurricane, the location was closed as well as ALL gas stations.. There was no gas, and unfortunately was charged 63.00 for 5 gals of gas... I would have gladly went myself if there was a way to put gas is...cant believe they are charging this fuel penalty.. should just be the straight cost of the gas... not the upcharge

Quick pickup, there was Styrofoam and cardboard in the trailer from teaching last rental. But overall it was great.
