Awesome service and everything was very fast. I literally booked 2 hours before I needed it. I also have a storage unit there so it was very convenient. Maria BThe truck was covered in bugs when we picked it up and at just below half a tank so we had to put more gas in it then expected and come to find out, there were ants all over the inside of the truck and I had to use ant killer on my stuff that was in it. And the lock boxes are not well maintained

RICHARD WI arrived at approximately 12:15 pm. The hours posted on the door were 9 am - 5:30 pm (so I was clearly there in the middle of their open hours). Even the neon sign in the window flashed "open". However, doors were all locked and no one was around. I parked the truck in what seemed like the only spot I could (it is a very small/tight facility in a strip mall). I put the keys in the box and left. Later that day I received my final invoice and saw I was charged a $50 "cleaning fee". Knowing I had cleaned the truck very well, I called and found out I was charged because I supposedly parked in a no parking area. I did not see any signs and there was no one there to direct me. Very poor customer service!
