How U-Haul Reviews WorkEasy to rent with the app if nobody is there when you need to pick up and also easy to drop off
Adolfo BGreat Service
Wayne BThe process of picking up through the app is cumbersome and lengthy. Would choose location with actual people. App kept glitching and had to call customer service. Guy at the location was not willing to assist.
Francis MHave someone in the office that has good people skills. Not act like everything is a burden to him. The vehicle itself did work for us. However, it sounded like the roof was about the tear off. The vibration and flapping noise was literally unbearable. You couldn’t hear the radio you couldn’t hear the person next to you talking. Not satisfied I returned the truck with more fuel than it had when I picked it up.
