The lady wouldn't let me take the truck unless I returned it at the time she stated, which was 2 hours earlier than the rental agreement. She stated "U Haul does what they do but I do what I want to do in my own bookings. I talk to my customers and they take priority." I don't think you should book anything online with this woman.

Unprofessional ! Refused to give us any money back even though there was more way more gas in the truck than there was when I got the truck & they laughed when I asked about it
TABETHA FEmployees were helpful but very slow process
JOHN TTruck was old and dirty. The service wasn't good. We rented a truck and trailer at the same time but had to come back several hours later to pick up the trailer because no one at the facility could load it. I will not recommend this place at all.
TERRIE CUhual needs to better inform the movers it hires. Today they were not aware of what the job was. Load, unload. 1hr drive between. I would think it obvious that you would need to tell them pickup location plus unload location.
