Truck was old and dirty. The service wasn't good. We rented a truck and trailer at the same time but had to come back several hours later to pick up the trailer because no one at the facility could load it. I will not recommend this place at all.
TERRIE CUhual needs to better inform the movers it hires. Today they were not aware of what the job was. Load, unload. 1hr drive between. I would think it obvious that you would need to tell them pickup location plus unload location.
TONY WThe gal in the office and gent who set up the trailer were great! Would definitely suggest this outlet to everyone and if I need another UHaul I’ll be going there! (I’m sorry I don’t remember the names of the great staff… I asked but forgot.)
