The truck was not serviced and we got not to far off and had to sit for over a hour waiting for help cause the truck we got didn’t even have a oil cap on it so it blew the oil out of it leaving us stranded and it cold and dark out there so this place either needs to close down or else start doing maintenance on the trucks

Fred RLocation was fine but very inconvenient. This is a negative review for U-Haul overall & not the operator (U-Haul should have a section for review of the company in addition to the operator). This was a last second change (by U-Haul) & out of the way for my move. I ordered moving dolly & blankets which were also removed from my order last second by U-Haul. This made my move considerably more difficult. Lastly, U-Haul sent me a five digit numeric code to obtain the key rather than a four letter code required to open the lock. It took over 30 minutes to check out the truck after which I had to double back to begin my move absent the blankets & dolly. I have used U-Haul in the past but will be looking at other options in the future.
