Location was fine but very inconvenient. This is a negative review for U-Haul overall & not the operator (U-Haul should have a section for review of the company in addition to the operator). This was a last second change (by U-Haul) & out of the way for my move. I ordered moving dolly & blankets which were also removed from my order last second by U-Haul. This made my move considerably more difficult. Lastly, U-Haul sent me a five digit numeric code to obtain the key rather than a four letter code required to open the lock. It took over 30 minutes to check out the truck after which I had to double back to begin my move absent the blankets & dolly. I have used U-Haul in the past but will be looking at other options in the future.
