I called your office prior to return the véhicule because the closest location for me was vero beach on the 90 ave. The person a talked to said there was no problem to return the véhicule there. So we did went to Vero Beach. The lady said she was not going to take the truck cause of no room. That was BS cause there was plenty of room into the parking lot. That explain the extra millage I ended up paying. That ruin the rental experience. With all do respect that lady that run the office should be reminded your policy. Thanks Serge Carrier.
