They closed the refund two days later and charged my account for two more days. I lost almost a day in the refund claim. The cancellation of the card caused me many problems.

I put a reservation on wed for a truck for the upcoming fri, sat and son. He said that he didn't have a small truck that I would have to pick it up down on us1 about 3mi from my home. That was fine. Well the place that I had to pick up the truck, I called them to double check 15min before I had to go get it. They informed me that not only didn't they have my truck but they didn't even have a truck available. They called around and found one all the way in south pal 15 miles away. My truck that was on reserve, they gave it away to someone els!!!!!! Come on uhaul, you got to do a better job then this.... no phone call or email to tell me there was a problem. Sorry, I'm not impressed!!!!. I got ahold of Jay and explained to him about what had happened and he took very good care if me. Thank you sir for all the help
