Light was not working on first trailer I was hooked up to. Second trailer worked just fine. Took an hour to get my trailer as the U-Haul system was down which was not the locations fault. The location worked to get me my trailer despite the system issue.
Madison STony’s Tire was on top of taking care of us and making sure everything was a100% safe and ready to go. It took us longer to check out because they had to fix the wire with one tail lights. All of the guys from the desk to garage get a double A+ A+. I would not change anything with them. I think all locations should be this AMAZING!
