Did this rental on-line and use of the App. App did not work well at all and would continually disregard my entries, photos and information that was requested, once I was able to get the keys for the van, I just had to disregard some of the pre-check-in which included equipment that was not provided (furniture 2 wheeler and blankets-no big deal as they were not requested from the initial online reservation). This was just a local rental to move some furniture so we had it back within a couple of hours and had the same problem trying to drop van off. App would not work correctly and was difficult to get final receipt. Once receipt went through, I was over charged by 27.00 ( for 2 wheeler and blankets that were not requested nor provided). I plan to stop by the location today to iron it out however Application needs some serious work.
