This was the worst experience I have ever had with U HAUL. The truck was dirty outside and inside the cab. I needed to clean all the windows and mirrors to see. Dead Bugs guts on glass. Now the check engine light came on right away when I turned the key. When driving the Check engine light and the ABS light came on. When I rented this truck, I specifically picked the location I wanted to pick it up at but for some reason UHAUL decided to give me a location that was a Mobile gas station that was not UHAUL. I needed to give my information over the gas station attendants cell to someone else. Was really uncomfortable with this. No one to complain to about issues because there was no UHAUL help there just the gas attendant. You guys do not care at all when someone books online and you change the location to a shady gas station with a piece of crap truck. I am moving my son into a home in Niceville FL and when I reserve a truck online hope to get the location I request, and not this place. What good does it do any way to complain no one will do anything
