The representative did not bother to come outside and look at the truck and he did not check it in. He gave me the thumbs up when I handed him the keys. He didn't ask any questions or nothing not helpful at all. I had call and tell him to check it in as well another representative had to call him as well. I will never use Uhaul again.

For a gas station location it was about all you can expect. Staff was friendly. The truck was clean. The truck was ready for me. Just know that they typically don't have the other accessories like moving blankets and stuff there.
