Great experience! Couple of minor issues..When picking up the truck I put in the wrong return zip code. App would not let me go back and fix it. Had to use chat to fix which worked great. App took a long time to scan the back of my drivers license. Needs another way as a backup. Otherwise great truck, worked perfectly and automated pick up and return works well. 5 stars to uhaul!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe associate that asssited me with the rental was rude. But the truck itself was reliable.
Ashley BThey were not prepared for our rental. The truck was filthy. The exterior and underside was full of mud. The interior had a horrible odor.

He didn't ask any questions or nothing not helpful at all. I had call and tell him to check it in as well another representative had to call him as well. I will never use Uhaul again.
SONYA CFor a gas station location it was about all you can expect. Staff was friendly. The truck was clean. The truck was ready for me. Just know that they typically don't have the other accessories like moving blankets and stuff there.
