Might tell your customers that your trailers need a 2" ball i steady of a normal ball.of 2-5/16". Then the trailer didnt have a plug for the lights. Drop off location was amazing. Lady worked her but off but still needs more help with uhauls?

I'd use this location again in the future. I opted to pickup the keys in-person instead of going contactless. Pros: Very friendly and helpful assistance. We were in and out very quickly. Con: I reserved a hand dolly and they were out.

SAI HThey put the hitch on at Sunrise. I was not shown how to test the hitch integrity. Upon arrival at my destination, as we were unloading the trailer, the hitch came off of the ball. Fortunately, it did not happen while towing.
