OLUSOLABOMI OThe location was great and pickup easy and easy return. This has nothing to do with the location but with corporate U-Haul. I had rented unit for select number of days and had to extend the rental super easy on the app. Then I had to extend for a couple more days still no issues app works says I am good to go. Then I receive a call from dispatch asking me to return the truck because they have other customers wanting to rent it. I am renting it and paying for it daily why should I have to return the truck and rent something else? I had the size truck I needed and am sure the only available unit would have been bigger but again why are you trying to rent a truck out before it is returned and calling customers telling them to bring it back we can rent you something else. I feel this was very unprofessional to call a paying customer and basically demand I return it and if I need a truck for longer rent another truck. If the truck was unavailable then the app should have said that the truck was not available for the time I needed it.
