The location was great and pickup easy and easy return. This has nothing to do with the location but with corporate U-Haul. I had rented unit for select number of days and had to extend the rental super easy on the app. Then I had to extend for a couple more days still no issues app works says I am good to go. Then I receive a call from dispatch asking me to return the truck because they have other customers wanting to rent it. I am renting it and paying for it daily why should I have to return the truck and rent something else? I had the size truck I needed and am sure the only available unit would have been bigger but again why are you trying to rent a truck out before it is returned and calling customers telling them to bring it back we can rent you something else. I feel this was very unprofessional to call a paying customer and basically demand I return it and if I need a truck for longer rent another truck. If the truck was unavailable then the app should have said that the truck was not available for the time I needed it.

Customer service was good , quick and fast , would definitely use this location again
Olivia BAlthough conveniently close to my house, this location was more of a junkyard than a drop off location. Several boarded up dilapidated buildings and cars all over the place. Mid drop off, two individuals saw us from the junkyard, one hid behind a car, the other person approached my friend and I and demanded we hand them the keys. We told him the instructions were to leave the paperwork and the key in the box and he insisted we hand him the key. My friend asked him for identification and he got extremely irritated. I told him I will just follow instructions and drop the keys off in the box and leave and he could retrieve them from the box. He stared at me and slowly nodded. I felt extremely uncomfortable and somewhat unsafe. We were both shaken by this encounter and the fact the other individual was seen hiding behind a car in the distance. I will never use this particular location again.
AHMED EWhile the items I ordered and paid for that were to be included, only one was available and out of 24 pads I only had 18. But the manager gave me credits and was very personable
