HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! App wouldn’t work for the “easy” mobile check in to pick up truck. Took being transferred to FOUR separate people before someone could help as it was a Sunday and office didn’t open until noon and I booked my truck for 8am. I had ordered and paid for a hand cart, a furniture dolly and 12 uhaul blankets and nothing was ready for me and in the truck. We had to look for stuff laying around and take those dollys. No packing blankets. It took almost an hour to finally get the key to the truck and my moving labor was waiting at my house on the clock so I missed out on 40 minutes of paid labor. Then I only needed the truck for ONE day and was charged $300 for two days bc “they can’t just rent for a single day” which is a bunch of BS. They CAN. They just won’t bc they can charge you DOUBLE for the mandatory “two days” Then returning truck? UGGGH!! be ready to spend another 30 plus minutes on the app taking a million pictures and downloading them before the “return process” is complete. So UHAUL saves money on not hiring any staff and puts all that responsibility on their customers and charges a premium on the rental. I would NEVER recommend this uhaul or uhaul in general at this point. Used to be a handy service but now it’s just price gauging with horrible customer service.

Truck was clean for the most part there was a little stickiness on the floor but nothing crazy I tried wiping it up also fuel was not full when I picked it up from the location but I did Return it Full (feel free to reimburse me the difference the tank was 5/8 full when I picked it up from the automotive connection)
