The attendant at the U-Haul rental place was very accommodating and explain things very well and help me get my truck and was very attentive to my needs
SHANI SThe girl that rented it was very pleasant but in the end she gave me a truck that was covered in snow and the muffler was not connected to the header pipe. It was extremely loud. It’s the only one they had I had to have a 26 footer for what I was moving I was stuck. It was 7 o’clock at night 5’ degrees and I had to fix the exhaust the next morning before I drove back to Boston. I would like a phone call from customer service 508-4500333
