Fire the boss … get a trained manager that well equips and trains his workers before turning them loose on customers.. Our wait was close to an hour after our noon pickup time and with no other customers.

MICHAEL MIt would be nice if someone would hook up trailer for me or my grandson, I am 85 yr old,!told her we had never done this before.Woman wasn’t rude just said “I don’t do that, we had to”. informed her we had never hooked one up before either. is that not a liability for U-Haul? We drove to Leesburg location very slow,’who put on my hitch (they did not have size trailer we needed)and they doubled checked the hook up for us to make sure all ok. Thank you Leesburg, they are the best.
