I ordered online for a appliance dolly and blankes. I go to pickup the truck and they tell me they do not have them. I was told I could pickup the truck at 9 am. I scheduled a crew to load my truck at 10 am. The store does not open until 9:30 am. I get the truck loaders are there and I have no appliance dolly or blankes.

I ordered and got charged for an appliance dolly and a dozen blankets but none of that was in the truck when I checked it out. I left feedback when I checked it out and when I checked it back in saying that those things were not left for me, but I still got charged for them.
Craig CChanging my drop off location without getting my approval should not happen. You changed my drop off location 3 times during my rental. First time I have ever had this happen. The last change happened as I was driving to drop off truck
Vaylan BBad experains this is the last time that i will deal with this location.he keep me waiting almost one houer and 1/2 just to pick up the truk . He dont want to help me . The truk make alot of sounds when i drive it . I dont want to deal with this location any more.
