remove the ability for this person to rent u-hauls. The parking lot was full of trucks and it was a small parking lot. There was no room for personal vehicle to be left nor was there room for the truck I rented.
William AI have no issue with this location but I have issue with UHaul policies. We made a reservation 5 days in advance for pickup at a different location and Uhaul changed our pickup location without consulting us. We had to "verbally agree" to it but our option was take this or cancel the reservation and we were told about this less than 24 hours prior to pickup. Even with 5 day advance notice in a large city they would not have the equipment we requested (a 20' truck) at the location we requested. There were obviously trucks avaiilable - they just chose not to show any good customer service. There were specific reasons we needed this and they didn't care. Next time I will explore other options.
