I had to go back to the location the day after dropping off the trailer and wait for 30 minutes to get them close out my rental the way they promised to do the day before.

Very difficult to find where the office actually is. If you go to where the office is, you can't just drive to the parking lot where the trailers are at, you need to go out on the road and do 2 U-turns to get back to the parking lot that has them. If you go to the parking lot that has the equipment, there is no clear signage as to where the office is.
