I ordered and got charged for an appliance dolly and a dozen blankets but none of that was in the truck when I checked it out. I left feedback when I checked it out and when I checked it back in saying that those things were not left for me, but I still got charged for them.

Changing my drop off location without getting my approval should not happen. You changed my drop off location 3 times during my rental. First time I have ever had this happen. The last change happened as I was driving to drop off truck
Vaylan BBad experains this is the last time that i will deal with this location.he keep me waiting almost one houer and 1/2 just to pick up the truk . He dont want to help me . The truk make alot of sounds when i drive it . I dont want to deal with this location any more.

KEVIN KNot really friendly service, but got the job done. Didn’t go over the missing utility dolly with us and charged us. Just had us hand over the keys and said that’s all we needed. We did not know that the utility dolly wasn’t taken off the order so they charged us.
