VENETTE MMay your receptionist be honest. After using the van, I drove more than 25 minutes to get to the address where I was supposed to return the van.
FIDELE TDid not feel safe and would not pick up here as a solo female. Equipment changed last minute and employee was helpful, but due to their change, I had to spend a large chunk of time calling U-Haul to correct the contract, driver, and app information.
