We were on our own at this location; the employees did not know the store rented for UHAUL. The keys were after nearly thirty-minutes discovered in a drawer. Without the expert online guidance of Ryan M. we would have canceled this reservation. FIVE STARS for RYAN. ZERO STARS for Scrubs UHAUL rental location on Beach Street in Fort Worth. The driver’s mirror was locked in at an unsafe and unusable angle. A full hour of our rental time was spent adjusting the mirror, because the tool needed was a hex key that was standard although everything else eas metric. We would appreciate a partial refund for the utterly ridiculous experience Scrubs created. UHAUL relocated us to this location although it is a 20-mile round trip from the originally scheduled location. We were of course charged for these miles. UHAUL - emphasis on YOU, the customer, who is now expected to go the extra miles in support of the business. RYAN deserves a BONUS for his attention to detail and gracious patience.
