There was trash left in it from the previous customer, and the gas tank had less than a quarter tank of gas when we picked it up. The key box is in a super random place that isn’t easy to find.
Kate AThis location was not open at my pick up time. That lock box pick up would not have been possible without “Ryan”, an area Manager. He walked me through it, ON HIS DAY OFF! That is poor poor service to the customer, let alone totally unfair to Ryan!! This all happened because another U-Haul location ended up with no truck for me to rent. I was notified the evening before my pickup. POOR, ALMOST UNFORGIVABLE SERVICE AND I PROBABLY WILL NOT RENT FROM U-HAUL AGAIN.
JANET MThe drop off location was difficult to find in a strip mall location. I had to ask where to park the van and where the key drop off was located. I was expecting the location to be a well defined U-Haul location. Further, the use of the U-Haul app for dropping off the vehicle was confusing for me. I didn't know the app wanted me to take pictures of the inside/interior of the vehicle. Out of habit, I did take pictures of the outside of the vehicle and the odometer & gas gauge and sent those along to U-Haul via the app.
Clarence KI was unfortunately redirected to this location after the original site I reserved a truck from didn’t have my truck due to it not being returned. This location was very disappointing. No staff were present to inspect the trucks or verify their condition when previous customers drop off. Issues with the truck: 1. It was not clean. 2. The fuel level was below what it should have been. 3. The check engine light was on. 4. truck alignment was significantly off so basically I’m holding the steering wheel sideways to go straight. Additionally, if you walk into “Level 1 Scrubs and Accessories,” they do not assist with anything, so I’m not sure why they’re even partnered as a rental location. Horrible location overall. I could not recommend it enough to avoid this place.
