It was very easy to pick up the truck at the time we needed instead of having to only come during "business hours" Geat communication with the UHaul location owners.

Amy SThere was trash left in it from the previous customer, and the gas tank had less than a quarter tank of gas when we picked it up. The key box is in a super random place that isn’t easy to find.
Kate AThis location was not open at my pick up time. That lock box pick up would not have been possible without “Ryan”, an area Manager. He walked me through it, ON HIS DAY OFF! That is poor poor service to the customer, let alone totally unfair to Ryan!! This all happened because another U-Haul location ended up with no truck for me to rent. I was notified the evening before my pickup. POOR, ALMOST UNFORGIVABLE SERVICE AND I PROBABLY WILL NOT RENT FROM U-HAUL AGAIN.
