We have had a lot of snow and general winter..... I can understand if they are behind. The trailer had a foot of snow in it (open trailer) and the chains were frozen in. They gave me one that wasn't frozen in. I think when they know something is going out they would check it before the customer arrives. Two other places I have rented from do check the equipment and have even pulled it out for my arrival. A good place though.

Excellent customer service at pick up location
