The attendant told me to take pictures, but I would recommend that the customer be told to look for a txt and to submit the pictures immediately before leaving the lot. I took the pictures but didn’t see the txt for an hour (busy moving) and by then the link had expired. I called the main company who sent another link, but it was expired even though I opened it immediately. So I do think it’s important to emphasize both the photos and the txt should be done before driving off the lot.

They don't answer their phone. I called twice to make sure they'd be available for an early drop off but they didn't answer. I drove by first to make sure they were available for U-Haul drop offs. When I returned with the truck he wouldn't check in it because it was raining (it was forecast to rain all morning). I went ahead and made a video before I left to cover myself. I received a drop off receipt not long after leaving, so it still got checked in after I left, and in the rain. I asked about the mileage estimate being too low for the trip since I had entered both addresses for the move when I made the reservation, and didn't make any detours, and it was still 12 miles over, but he wasn't at all helpful. Clerk wasn't very friendly during either interaction.

Stephanie MWatch closely when signing. I declined insurance online and was charged for it anyway. Customer service is taking care of it. The girl leasing the truck didn't seem to know what she doing. It took quite a while to get the truck despite taking care of everything online several days before.
