The vehicle was relatively clean at first glance. Lots of personal items under seats and in glove box from previous renters. The bed/box of the truck was also dirty/dusty. It was cleaned by me upon return in South Dakota.

Every time I reserved a U haul I put in name of place I wanted to drop it off but for some reason you always wanted to change it which was aggravating to me
