Tire was very worn on rear, passenger door handle broken completely off, truck was dirty inside. The milage was incorrect on paper compared to what tye miles truly were and I had to pay for the wrong mileage. The lot to pick this truck up was awful. Ive done business with uhaul a few times, but afterbeing charge for 300+ miles when my trip was 168 miles is absurd and Ill go elsewhere due to that.
