Garret EThere were many issues with the UHaul app uploading pictures. On pickup and drop off, but especially at drop off. I tried to upload the required photos for an hour before calling a rep. The site kept rejection my photos over and over saying there was an upload error. It would say a photo was uploaded one time, then say that same photo would not upload on the next attempt. At the end of a log day of moving, the last thing that I wanted to do was try to submit required photos for an hour to be able to just go home
