We ordered a 20foot truck, received a call that we could get a 15ft at 0.99/mile, then when we showed up only a 10ft was available. When we returned the keys we asked the attendant if we would receive the discount on the miles since we ended up with a shorter truck and he said yes and told us to leave the keys on the counter as he was helping someone else. We left, but were still charged the 1.99/mile. We cannot seem to find a way to get assistance on this now that all is said and done. We will not be using U-Haul again.
