Make sure the rules are explained. The price advertised was way lower then what I actually paid. I was told I paid extra because of the miles and another dealer said they do not charge by the mileage. I was told I would be reimbursed for returning the blankets and also for returning it early.

Rachael PThe woman at the counter did not want anything to do with us and had us wait in a liquor isle for over 20 minutes while she called some guy 4 or 5 times. This was after I already booked and checked in online. Originally when I booked I was told I could pick a location and I picked Big Bend just for Uhaul to move me to the midtown location a couple hours later. It seems like some kinks need to be worked out.
