They couldn’t find the key to the U-Haul and employee didn’t know the code for the Dropbox(where the key was) so clearly no one had looked over the truck. There was a nasty oil/grease all over the bed of the truck which we noticed after putting furniture down, so now some of the wood legs are ruined. They also didn’t have any of the moving pads we had ordered and didn’t tell us until we arrived. So we wasted our time having to go buy some.
