The woman at the counter did not want anything to do with us and had us wait in a liquor isle for over 20 minutes while she called some guy 4 or 5 times. This was after I already booked and checked in online. Originally when I booked I was told I could pick a location and I picked Big Bend just for Uhaul to move me to the midtown location a couple hours later. It seems like some kinks need to be worked out.

Service was great. Employees were professional and pick up and drop off was quick and easy.
YASIR GThe truck was in unacceptable condition. The front cab contained food wrappers, an empty food container, and dirty utensils. The cargo area was also unclean, with soft drink spills and debris throughout. It was evident that the vehicle had not been properly prepared or cleaned prior to rental. Based on this experience, I will not be returning as a customer and will be sharing my feedback on Yelp and Google Reviews. Photos are available.
JOSHUA TI asked not to have the utility cart which I had reserved. I told her that, it doesn't show on and of the records. When I looked at the gas driving away, I called the location, and told her it was not at 3/4 of a tank is was 5/8 at best. she would not update the records and told me I had to call the 800 number.
CRAIG HI don't know why I had to drop u haul off at this location again. Why didn't it go to a closer location for drop off? The app is not user friendly
