I rented from a field in Franklinton LA and the poor lady was elderly didn’t understand what we were saying or where we were going I was over charged 1500 and also in Loranger I was charged 3x the amount for a U-Haul. 50.00 109.00 and 118.00 for 30 miles and a 10ft truck Never want to see Louisiana again

john wI accidentally locked the truck up and put the key in the drop box when I realized the lights weren't going off after a few minutes... So, I called the Lady on my paper, apologizing for disturbing her and told her what happened and she told me it was ok, that she would run up there and turn them off. Thanking her and left. Very nice...
