Very crowded. Early in the day. I was told to just drop the trailer behind other trailers. No paper work no nothing. I was called two days later and asked when I was going to return the trailer???????????????????. Wow!!!

DWIGHT MSimple Transaction, all went very well. Just as expected.
DEBBIE THad to call the number on the app as door was locked even though business was open. Asked attendant if I needed to do anything to turn in and he said no. Was not aware of checkin process on app. Have used several u-haul locations before that have done the checkin themselves. Would not recommend the Frazee location.
