Easy to find. No one available but not that hard to figure out where to park the trailer. Lots of space.
Philip HNo one there at 10:00 am on a Tuesday. Called twice and no answer and no voice mail. Called an hour later and the guy said I wish you would have called me. Very disappointed.
KEITH DMake sure employees are actually on site at time of scheduled pick up. Make sure the tires are maintained. Tires wobbled - got 41 miles away and shredded.
LEE TI don’t know who helped me, but it took an extra day to get the paperwork showing my trailer was checked in. And house slippers probably isn’t the apparel that U-Haul recommends where the representatives.
